This is a catalogue of educational presentations by course members, outside speakers and course organizers over a number of years. We have assigned authorship and done our best to ensure this is correct. Obviously many presentations will touch on several areas of the curriculum and we have assigned them to what appears to be the main subject. If anything has been misappropriated or miscataloged, then please let us know and we will correct it.
